InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the RCPA AACB Chemical Pathology Course.

On behalf of attendees, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at the course venue, the Rydges Southbank and the Ivy and Eve apartments within close proximity.

The special rates listed will be available until 8 January 2027 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by AACB or InHouse Event Solutions. Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

Located in the heart of South Brisbane, CLLIX Ivy & Eve Apartments offers modern, spacious and fully self-contained accommodation just 90 metres from the course venue, providing exceptional convenience for delegates. The property is also within easy walking distance of South Bank’s restaurants, entertainment and attractions.

Guests can relax and unwind with access to an outdoor swimming pool, heated spa, fully equipped gym and BBQ facilities, while the apartments provide fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, separate living areas, private balconies and complimentary Wi-Fi. RECEPTION HOURS: Opening Hours: Monday - Sunday: 8:00 AM – 08:00 PM. After Hours: If you have not checked in during the apartment's opening hours, you will automatically receive an email with late arrival instructions to the email address provided for your booking. Please note that the apartment's caretaker is only available until 3am and no one is available to assist after this time. Weekly housekeeping for stays of 7+ room nights.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

  • The hotel's individual cancellation and payment terms will be available on the booking page, and a copy will be in the accommodation confirmation emails.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold any reservation and will not be charged immediately.
  • The credit card must expire after the date of the event.
  • Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment and will be charged by the Hotel as per the terms and not AACB or InHouse Event Solutions.
  • The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay.
  • Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon checkout.
  • Invoices provided by hotels must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. After this, the credit card provided can either be used or the rooms will need to be cancelled.
  • Rates are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).
  • Rates are applicable for up to two (2) guests (per bedroom). Please contact InHouse Events if you require additional guests/bedding.
  • All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
  • A surcharge applies to all card transactions taken prior to 1 October 2026. There will be no surcharge applied to transactions made after 1 October 2026.
  • Name changes are allowed.
  • Charges may apply to late checkouts.
