The 2027 RCPA AACB Chemical Pathology Course will be held in Brisbane, QLD from the 8 - 12 February 2027.

The course will take place at Rydges Southbank over five days, running Monday to Friday.

Participants will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum featuring approximately 40 lectures that build on previous years’ topics. The program also includes:

  • Interactive case study sessions and group discussions
  • Exam preparation techniques and “method moments”
  • A daily quiz to reinforce learning
  • Opportunities to connect with AACB and RCPA examiners, as well as leading local and national experts in clinical biochemistry

Networking & Social Events

Beyond the classroom, the week offers several chances to connect and unwind:

  • A Welcome Networking Function on Monday evening
  • An optional group dinner on Wednesday night
  • A half-day break on Wednesday, perfect for exploring Brisbane’s hidden gems or enjoying some well-earned downtime
